The faculty is great. The school keeps changing principles and they all have been awful. The student pick up after school is always dangerous with usually only one faculty member watching and helping kids cross the road. (I've seen kids almost get hit!) The students tend to be very cliquey. If you didn't grow up in the viking district it can feel like you're unwelcome. The class sizes are small and students get lots of individual attention. There are lots of fun after school activities for students. The band is very popular and it is something students like to continue in high school (a trip to Disney world is a good incentive! ) The tri valley schools are very small and that is both good and bad!
I went to elementary school at Tri-Valley from 1st-3rd grade. I personally loved the school and miss it very much. Since then I have moved to Texas where drugs and alcohol are sadly common in middle schools and high schools. Tri-Valley is not like that although it has been years since I have been there. There was drama with me and my friends just like every school but overall I love and miss Tri-Valley.
